Jennifer’s journey with us began during her junior year at the University of South Carolina, where she studied civil engineering. Navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, she worked part-time while completing her degree, gaining practical experience that now greatly benefits our team.

Jennifer’s role at Raby Construction is multifaceted. Her bilingual ability enhances our team’s communication, making her an essential bridge in our diverse workplace. As a Greenville native, she embodies a sense of community and familiarity that resonates within our team.

Known for her precision in takeoffs (the process used to figure out the exact quantity of materials needed for a specific project), Jennifer demonstrates a meticulous understanding of construction planning.

Beyond her professional contributions, Jennifer has a vibrant personality. She expresses her creativity through her uniquely styled nails and finds joy in reading in her free time. Her interest in Legos mirrors her professional skill set, showcasing her aptitude for construction and design.

Complementing her busy work life, Jennifer finds companionship and relaxation with her french bulldog, Simon.
