At Raby Construction, we are incredibly fortunate to have an exceptional administrative team that keeps our organization running smoothly every single day. This Administrative Professionals Day, we wanted to take a moment to recognize the contributions of our front office team. 

Michelle Marez (Office Administrator), Maria Meneses (Office Administrator), Jennifer Hernandez (Project Administrator), and Yessenia Olivares (Office Administrator) are the glue that holds jobs together, greet everyone who walks into the front door, manage all of our subcontractors and process payroll–just to name a few of the tasks they are responsible for. 

This all-star team is led by Diana Raby, our Operations and Accounting Manager, who uses her eye for detail and project management to ensure the field and office teams are in alignment every day. 

The women of Raby Construction handle a wide range of essential duties with professionalism, efficiency, and grace. From managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and processing invoices to providing exceptional customer service and supporting our field crews, this talented group keeps our operations humming. They anticipate needs before they arise and consistently find ways to improve our workflows and systems. 

Beyond their core responsibilities, our administrative team also brings a positive attitude and energy to the office. We are especially thankful for their ability to juggle multiple priorities and respond calmly to any challenge that comes their way.
