With this turnkey project delivery method, Raby teams up with your architect and engineer to provide a “one-stop shop” for both the design and construction of your project. The design/build method allows for improved coordination between teams and can offer significant cost and time savings.
02Construction Management
From aiding in pre-construction planning to resolving post-construction issues, we offer comprehensive construction management services. 03Design/Bid Process
With the design/bid method, Raby doesn’t enter the process until the design is finalized. We provide a bid based on the completed construction documents. This option allows us to provide a high-quality product at a competitive price.
