Raby Construction seeks a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager at Raby Construction, you will oversee various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are finished on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves a combination of office responsibilities and on-site supervision, making it perfect for those who thrive in diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Prepare and present project plans, progress reports, and financial updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
- Lead and mentor project team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proactively resolve any conflicts and delays to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- A college degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Relevant experience in project management or construction is required.
- Comfort working in both office and field settings.
