About the Role:
As a Business Development Associate at Raby Construction, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and enhancing our market presence. This position requires strategic thinking, sales acumen, and effective communication skills, making it ideal for those who excel in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new prospects.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decisions.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Raby Construction and network with potential clients.
- Track and report on business development metrics, including leads generated, conversion rates, and client feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and proposals.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related area is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
