Michael has many years of experience in the engineering and construction industry in a variety of areas such as residential, commercial, and industrial. He has been in various positions including project engineer, technical support engineer, superintendent,and project manager. Michael has experience in all phases of design engineering including capital approval requisitions, preliminary engineering packages, capital cost estimates, and detail engineering. He has also had experience in all phases of the construction process, such as estimating, capital cost estimates, superintendent, and project manager.

Allan serves as a superintendent on Raby Construction's major projects. Allan has many years experience in the construction industry and is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction. This includes coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Allan ensures project completion by maintaining schedules, production, and managing the quality of work being completed.

As Office Administrator, Jennifer directly manages and supervises all paperwork trails for job projects. Jennifer is also responsible for accurate and timely submitting and receiving of forms including, but not limited to, HUD forms, pay requests, firm commitment documents, initial closings, and final closings.

Bill is responsible for preparing estimates using figures from previous projects that are similar and variables that affect job costs. Bill prepares cost summaries for all jobs and produces final bid proposals and estimates for submittals.

Tyler has many years of construction experience, completing more than 70 homes before joining Raby Construction in 2009. Tyler's current position in business development has many duties with primary focus on building lasting relationships with our current and future clients. Tyler is also involved in estimating, marketing, and field operations.

Mike serves as a superintendent at Raby Construction. Mike's many years of construction experience allow him to deliver a quality product on time and on budget. His job responsibilities include scheduling subcontractors, material, and managing quality workmanship.

Pete brings over 20 years of experience in construction management in the upstate to bear on his position as project manager for Raby Construction. Pete has worked with regional and national construction operations in our area and has extensive experience in townhouses, condos, apartments, and retail/commercial. Enhancing the overall customer experience is one of his primary objectives including maximizing the efficient use of space, utilizing the latest materials to provide an outstanding product for the client.

Corey serves as a superintendent on Raby Construction's projects. He has prior experience as a project manager, estimator, and cost control. Corey's main duties include subcontractor management, material estimating and ordering, scheduling and quality control. Corey has over 12 years of experience in construction management.

With many years of experience in the construction industry, Bill provides management oversight for all phases of construction projects including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment. As project manager, Bill ensures that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Kris has many years of experience in the construction industry. As Superintendant, Kris is responsible for coordinating and overseeing performance of all trade contractors, Kris tracks and controls the construction schedule and assigned costs to achieve completion of projects efficiently and within the time and monies allocated.
