Charles Lea Assisted Living Center in Spartanburg, SC : Construction of an assisted living center for handicapped tenants. Facility included ADA kitchens and bathrooms, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, office areas, and related site work.

Charles Lea Center : Construction of new bedroom wings for six different assisted living facilities for the Charles Lea center in South Carolina. Project work completed with residents in facilities and no disruption of operations.

New Prospects : Complete construction services for a housing complex. The complex included 12 units and a community building. Scope included all site work, paving and landscaping.

Heritage Club Villas : Construction of 36 town house units in a Greenville development. Units consisted of both two- and three-bedroom units with a two-car garage and four hour rated fire walls.

Oak Forest Apartments : Construction of 32 apartment units in eight buildings. All site and building construction services included.

Viola Housing Development : Complete construction of 22 garden homes for the city of Greenville's redevelopment program. All homes constructed on crawl spaces and site adapted. Scope of work included all construction services necessary to provide owner ready homes.

Companion at Lee's Crossing : Complete construction of 7 three and four story apartment buildings with a total of 192 apartments. Also included were 4 garage buildings, clubhouse and pool.

Capps Villa : Construction of single story building including 15 apartments, laundry room and management office with community room.

Elderly Housing IV : Construction 3 story brick building consisting of 38 apartments, 2 commericial kitchens, and community rooms.

Kings Square II : Construction of 2 buildings one three story apartment building with 24 units and a single story building housing offices and community rooms.

Country Gardens : Construction of 7 duplex homes with a community center.

South City Grill : Complete building renovation to accommodate an upscale restaurant. Scope of work included underground basement expansion, building expansion, custom bar and cabinetry, custom finishes and flooring.

Abbondanza : Complete building renovation to accommodate a new upscale Italian restaurant. New floor plan included bar and bar area. Installed new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Project was completed on a design build program to minimize down time.

Stax Peppermill : Complete interior renovation of an existing Four Star restaurant. Redesign of open bar area, complete electrical and lighting renovation, custom bar and casework, new finishes and flooring.

Chicora Alley : Renovation of an old building in downtown Greenville to expand an existing restaurant. Project included all new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems; new finishes, flooring and fixtures.

Stax Omega : Conversion from an Applebee's restaurant into a diner style restaurant. Project included demolition, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, equipment, fixtures and finishes.

Various Sandwich Shops : Subway, TCBY, New York Subs, Blimpies--Upfit for several sandwich shops utilizing outdated shell space and providing owners with new finished space to operate in.

20 North Main Street : Former Rey's Jewlers location downtown Greenville; complete renovation of a three-story, 100-year-old building in downtown Greenville. Third floor finished to an upscale flat with an exterior deck and hot tub. First and second floors were finished for commercial/retail space.

The Lodge at Burban Creek : Design-build project of a community lodge building on a 600-acre hunting preserve. Provide turnkey services for the 3000-square-foot facility.

Cherrydale Commons on Poinsett Highway : Design-build for a new multiple building site for a retail complex. Scope of work included all site work, retaining walls, construction of all buildings, tenant upfits and parking lots.

Sav-A-Lot Grocery Store : Interior up fit for a new Sav-A-Lot grocery store in an existing retail center. Project included all the HVAC, coolers, freezers, electrical, plumbing, offices, flooring, finishes, truck dock renovations and equipment setting.

Thermo Heating Elements : Retrofit of an existing manufacturing facility for a new manufacturing company. Construction services included offices, bathrooms, cafeteria, conditioned manufacturing space, parking area and truck dock renovations.

Mt. Olive Baptist Church : Construction of a small church on a downtown lot. Amenities include baptismal, spire, offices, sanctuary, stage area, dinning area and kitchenette.

Presort : Complete rennovation of abanondoned warehouse. Added loading docks, office space, updated all mechanicals, electrical. Painted and repaired outside of building.
